Shohaus (“we,” “us,” or “our”) produces handcrafted, made-to-order furniture. Because each piece is produced specifically for each order, returns are highly restricted.
This Return Policy operates together with the Shohaus Terms & Conditions and Limited Warranty. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in those documents. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions control. Deposits and payments are governed by the Deposits & Payments section of the Terms & Conditions.
