Stone
Soapstone is one of the five stones we offer, along with marble, granite, quartzite and travertine.
Soapstone is smooth and soft to the touch, with a deep, matte surface and dark tones. The sample on this page is charcoal grey with faint mottling.
Soapstone is dense and naturally non-porous. It resists heat, moisture and staining without the need for sealers.
With use, soapstone develops a rich patina and gains character.
Its dark, matte look pairs well with both wood and metal.
Our studio is in El Segundo, and visits are by appointment. Contact the studio to book one.
