From Concept to Completion
We approach each project with a structured workflow that balances design intent with production reality. Every step is measured, documented, and built to deliver consistent results.
Step 01.

Project Planning

We start by defining what needs to be built and why.

We define the scope and functional goals before design begins. This includes reviewing architectural context and technical constraints. We identify key dimensions, materials, and any custom requirements early to avoid revisions later. By the end of this phase, every detail has a clear path from idea to execution.
Step 02.

Design Development

Concepts move from idea to blueprint.

Once the direction is set, our design team translates the plan into form. We refine size, details, and geometry until the piece feels resolved both visually and structurally. Drawings and plans are created as needed to confirm scale and finish intent. The result is a complete, buildable design package that’s ready to move into production.
Step 03.

Material Selection

Material defines the outcome.

We source and inspect every component before fabrication. Wood species are selected for tone and grain pattern, metals for strength and finish compatibility, and stone for structure and texture. Our process includes reviewing samples, confirming availability, and coordinating any finish matching required for multi-piece orders. This ensures consistency from the first unit to the last.
Step 04.

Build & Fabrication

This is where the fun begins.

Our build team handles cutting, joinery, and assembly with close attention to tolerance and alignment. Each component is dry-fitted before final assembly to confirm accuracy. Finishes, veneers, and hardware are applied only after full structural review. Every step is documented and approved before moving to QC, ensuring each piece performs as designed.
Step 05.

Finishing & QC

The final surface defines the first impression.

We hand-finish every piece to achieve the right tone, texture, and depth. This includes sanding, wire-brushing, staining, and sealing depending on the material and finish specification. Every surface is checked under consistent lighting, and joints are inspected for precision. We sign off only when the piece meets our standards.
Step 06.

SHip & Delivery

We take delivery as seriously as fabrication.

Each piece is wrapped, braced, and crated to prevent movement during transit. Our logistics team coordinates pickup, delivery timing, and access requirements directly with the client or contractor.

The goal is simple: the work arrives on site exactly as it left the shop.
