Custom Restaurant and Hospitality Furniture

We design custom banquettes and booth seating for restaurants, bars and hotels. For dining rooms we also design dining tables, table tops, dining chairs and bar stools.

For hotels we design lobby, guest room and restaurant furniture. We take on multi-unit orders for restaurants, hotels and residential developments, and there are no minimum quantities.

Wood comes in walnut, white oak, red oak, ash and teak, in solid wood or veneer. Upholstery options include performance velvet, performance linen, wool, boucle and nubuck leather.

Contract fabrics with double-rub or flammability ratings, such as CAL TB 117, are available on request. You can also supply your own fabric or leather (COM/COL) for upholstered pieces. The materials page lists the woods, finishes, stone and textures we offer.

Custom and modified pieces come with shop drawings for your approval before production starts. On multi-unit orders, you can approve a prototype or sample piece before the full run.

Production takes 10 to 14 weeks for standard orders. For multi-unit orders, your quote gives the schedule. We can schedule deliveries in phases to match your project.

Curbside delivery is free for custom pieces anywhere in the continental U.S. White-glove delivery costs extra. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S. is quoted.

The one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship also applies to restaurant and hotel installs.

Interior designers, architects, builders and developers can join the Shohaus Trade Program. Members earn up to 30% commission on catalog and custom orders. With a valid resale certificate on file, orders for resale are processed without sales tax.

Orders of $20,000 or less are paid in full at checkout. Larger orders need a 50% non-refundable deposit, and the balance is due before shipping or pickup.
