Lacquer gives wood a higher level of protection and a more refined surface. It comes in six colors.
Several coats of catalyzed lacquer are sprayed on, and the surface is sanded by hand between coats so the finish comes out even and smooth. The result is a sealed surface that resists moisture and staining and keeps the color and clarity of the wood.
Lacquer comes in matte, satin or gloss. We often use it on pieces that need added durability or a more polished look.
Saddle, White, Tan, Ivory, Moss and Onyx.
If none of the six colors fits, color match is available, including tinted lacquers matched to a reference sample, a paint color or an existing piece.
The Coto Sofa lists lacquer among its finish options.
